I stayed for a night in a spacious room with high ceilings, much nicer than I expected, and loved the comfy bed! The garden area was a lovely spot to unwind, and I also enjoyed reading in a cozy lounge. Just wish the breakfast options were a bit more appealing, but overall, I had a great stay! 😊

The coffee machine in the room was a bit difficult to operate without proper instructions.

The Swan in East Ilsley offered a cozy stay. Our room, the Standard Double Room, felt comfortable. The barman checked us in with a friendly smile. Good wifi in the room kept us connected. Unfortunately, the breakfast spread didn’t look appetizing, and we skipped trying it. The dining area hadn’t been cleared, making it less inviting. Noise from the bar drifted into our room, despite requesting a quiet one. The bathroom definitely needs upgrades. it felt dated and uninviting. after the pub closed, things quieted down nicely, allowing for a decent night's sleep.

We had a blast exploring the local trails with our dogs. The scenery was stunning, and the warm atmosphere of the inn made us feel at home after a long day outdoors.
In my wife’s opinion, more kid-friendly activities would be a nice addition.

The room was cozy and perfect for our quick getaway! Enjoyed being close to everything we wanted to see.
Had a good laugh with those cobwebs—guess they really love their vintage décor! Who needs silence when you can have a lively symphony of creaks?
